How are your sales associates reaching out during this time? What have you found to be successful?
Great question from our weekly SMASH community call. Some of the Senior Care leaders suggested:
--Embedding associates outreach in text messages. This has been very effective as people are not always available for a call or to respond to an email.
--Throwing virtual wine and cheese parties on Zoom for residents. Potential customers can join the call/party and our residents do the selling!
